Brian is a character on Stage Fright. He was the person responsible for Noah's accident. Although he didn't do it himself, he blackmailed a theatre kid Kyle (The Chorus Girl) into doing it. He gave her a key to a safety box where the rigging of the chandelier was present. Kyle had no idea what the key was going to to. The key broke the rigging of the chandelier, which caused it fall down and smash Noah. He was the number one student of Headmaster Chloe, until she found out he was responsible for the accident.
