Evan St. Martin is a character in the Brat Universe. He is the brother of Tiffany St. Martin. He's hospitalized in the Cedar-Heaven mental health hospital, due to mental health issues. Tiffany and her parents worry about him way too much, as his current state is really poor. His father George was stealing money from his company to pay for Evan’s expensive psychiatric ward instead of sending him somewhere cheaper. George was later discovered and put in prison, meaning Evan had to be re-hospitalized in a public, cheap hospital.
It is unlikely, but possible that Evan is Heather Masterson.
