Jack is a character from the series Attaway General. He was arrested because not only he is too devious to not be in juvenile detention but he crashed his Dad's car and was sent to work at Attaway General Hospital as punishment.
JACK is the only member of Attaway General Season 1 who is in good shape after the fiascos. Just kidding. He was diagnosed by Kit with bipolar disorder shortly before she passed away, and he could not deal with the guilt, so he checked himself into juvy. It is said he befriended a pigeon in juvy to send messages to Georgia Henry, and due to this bad behavior, he will most likely be transferred to Attaway Prison and then later to Alcatraz after that.
