Lucy Quinn is a character from the Brat Universe who appears in Season 2 of Crown Lake. She was raised in Connecticut.
Biography[]
Lucy Quinn was the new girl at Crown Lake, she was at first considered as a typical nerd, however she made friends with Nellie and Lola. She hated Tiffany St. Martin because she did not like her snobby and mean attitude. She comes from a rich family who insist on sending her to at first a private school and then a boarding school. Nellie has to do the Heather tradition on her, but Lucy caught her sending notes as Nellie spent too long by her door.
Nellie and Lucy try to uncover who Heather is, at first they believe it’s Tiffany, so Lucy joins computer club to sabotage Tiffany's project work. However, it is not her. Then Nellie convinces Lucy that it was Ms Rose, when they were searching through Ms Rose's desk, they found pictures of Ms Rose with Nellie's mom. Lucy gave the idea that Ms Rose was a bully and she and Dana fell out but she most likely knew it was the other way round, which turned out to be true.
At the end, Lucy shows her true colors and reveals that she isn't on Nellie’s side. It was also revealed that she was the person who exposed Evan St. Martin on the Tattle wall. She was expelled from her old private school and her parents had plans for her to attend military school, however they agreed to send her to Crown Lake. She got a letter from Heather offering her an opportunity to become Queen Bee instead of an unpopular nerd, if she fulfilled all of Heather's orders. She is seen having lunch with Erin and Becca, catching the eye of Nellie and maliciously grinning at her.
She goes to her computer where she gets a threatening Email from Heather telling her to watch her step or she will get a bad fate just like Nellie or Tiffany. This implies she is the real Heather's new target, but next term she might pretend to be Heather on the new girl (if there is one) or get rid of Heather just like Nellie tried to do. It is not known why Heather is going after her, even though she helped Heather.
In the season 2 finale, there was a small scene where she whispered something in Ms Rose's ear, and Ms Rose maliciously smiled on hearing it. This might indicated that Lucy might have been getting all the orders and information from Ms Rose, as it was also revealed that Ms Rose had dirt on everyone at Crown Lake Academy and Lucy was a new student who knew almost nothing of Crown Lake when she first entered.
During her Senior year, Lucy died in the Great Crown Lake Fire. The school was rebuilt sometime later and a memorial was made for her.

- Lucy Quinn shares a much similar story like William Emmerson from Spiral. They both worked with the hero but were secretly the antagonists the whole time and show their true natures in the end.
- Her gravestone says that she was born in 1980, however for her to be the same age as the rest of the main cast she would have had to have been born in 1979.
